What is the difference between a print and an original?
A number of the original paintings that Maggie creates are scanned by a professional printing service, using archival ink to create a giclee print. The scanned images are then used to create limited edition prints both in paper and canvas form. You can see all of the available limited edition prints at maggieo.com/limited-edition1/.

What is a giclee print?
A giclee print is a fine art print made with a high-end inkjet printer which uses fade-resistant archival inks and archival substrates to print on large format printers. Maggie's prints are captured, proofed and printed digitally.

What are hand embellishments?
If you would like to customize a limited edition print, Maggie would be happy to hand embellish the print of your choice with additional painted texture or altered color palette. To learn more about this process please contact us at maggieoneillfineart@gmail.com or simply make a note when ordering your print online.

What is a commission?
